Terms of Service for CatchUp - Supplements Tracker

Welcome to CatchUp - Supplements Tracker (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is designed to help you track your supplements usage. It is provided for personal informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions related to supplements, diet, or health.

The App also allows you to complete a lifestyle and preference questionnaire (for example, questions about smoking, diet, or activity patterns) to generate a sample supplement plan. This plan is for informational purposes only and is designed to help you learn about different microelements and supplements, and how certain patterns—such as diet, exercise, or observable signs like changes in nails or skin—may influence nutrient needs. The generated plan is not personalized medical advice and is intended purely as an educational tool to explore supplements and nutrition concepts.

The App does not propose or recommend any brand product, or dosage. Before taking any supplement, you should always consult a qualified healthcare provider and follow the dosage instructions provided by the supplement manufacturer. The App may display a list of supplements and microelements for informational purposes only. Any generated sample plan is educational and not personalized medical advice. 

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored on it.

3. Data Storage & Privacy

• Supplements/questionnaire-related data is stored only locally on your device and is never transmitted to us.
• We use Sentry.io for diagnostic and performance monitoring, which may collect crash reports and technical data (not including your supplements-related data).
• We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription-related data but does not access your supplements-related information.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including:

• Sentry.io (diagnostics and performance tracking).
• RevenueCat (in-app purchases and subscription management).
• Tenjin (mobile attribution and analytics to measure app usage and performance — limited to anonymized device signals with your consent via App Tracking Transparency; no supplements data is shared).

By using the App, you also agree to the terms and policies of these providers.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Przemysław Raciborski and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
• We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App, including but not limited to:
• health-related decisions made based on the App,
• data loss, or
• technical issues.
• You use the App at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

9. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Apple Terms (iOS / iPhone version)

• The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions through the Apple App Store.
• Payments are processed by Apple, and your purchase is subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions and payment policies. We do not store or process your payment information.
• All billing, subscription management, and refunds are handled by Apple. If you experience issues with billing or wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support.
• Prices for in-app purchases or subscriptions are displayed within the App and may vary by region.
• If the App offers subscriptions:
• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.
• By using the App, you also agree to be bound by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
• By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and accept that both our Terms of Service and Apple’s Standard EULA apply to your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on the App Store listing. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
