Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how CatchUp - Supplements Tracker (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles your information.

Information We Collect

1. Supplements Data

• All supplements-related data you enter into the App (such as names, doses, schedules, or notes) is stored only locally on your device.
• This data is never shared, transmitted, or uploaded to any external server.

2. Questionnaire Data

When you answer lifestyle, preference, or other types of questions to see a sample supplement plan, your responses are stored only locally on your device. This information is used only to generate your sample plan and is never shared with third parties.

3. Diagnostics & Performance Data

• To improve the performance and stability of the App, we use Sentry SDK, a third-party service provided by Sentry.io.
• Sentry collects anonymous diagnostic and performance data (such as crash reports, error logs, and app usage patterns).
• This diagnostic data does not include your supplements-related information.

4. Purchases & Subscription Data

We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.

RevenueCat may process data related to your purchases, such as:

• Transaction identifiers
• Subscription status (active, expired, canceled)
• Receipt validation information

This information is used solely to provide and maintain your access to premium features of the App.

RevenueCat does not access or store any of your supplements-related data.

5. Analytics, Attribution & Marketing Measurement Data (Tenjin)

We use Tenjin (provided by Tenjin, Inc.), a third-party mobile measurement and attribution service, to understand how users discover and engage with the App. This includes measuring app installs, user sessions, events (such as opening the App or completing certain actions), and overall performance metrics to help us improve the App and optimize any future marketing efforts.

Tenjin only receives pseudonymous and aggregated device and usage data where possible. No directly identifying information (such as your name, email address, or precise location) is shared. Your supplements-related data, questionnaire responses, and any personal health information remain on your device and are never transmitted to Tenjin or any third party.

Data that may be collected and processed by Tenjin includes:

• Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID/IDFA — only if you explicitly allow tracking via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; Vendor ID/IDFV)
• IP address (used temporarily for coarse location inference and fraud prevention; no precise GPS location is collected)
• Basic device and app information (e.g., OS version, device model, app version, locale/country, timezone)
• App events and interactions (e.g., app opens, sessions — no content from your supplements plans)

This data is used solely for:

• Attribution (understanding install sources, e.g., organic vs. ads)
• Analytics (measuring retention, user behavior patterns, audience insights)
• Performance measurement and App improvement

Tenjin acts as our data processor under GDPR (we are the data controller). We do not sell this data, and Tenjin does not use it for its own advertising or unrelated purposes.

Data sent to Tenjin is retained only for as long as necessary for attribution and analytics purposes and in accordance with Tenjin’s retention policies, after which it is deleted or aggregated.

6. GDPR Consent & Revocation (for EU/EEA Users)

For users in the European Union/EEA (including Poland), we rely on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) as the legal basis for sending the limited device and usage data described in section 5 to Tenjin.

Consent is:

• Voluntary — you can use the core App features without it.
• Specific — it only covers Tenjin attribution and analytics.
• Informed — details are provided in this policy.

If you do not give consent, Tenjin is disabled and no attribution or analytics data is sent.

How to give or revoke consent

On first launch (or when required), you may see a prompt to allow tracking via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

To revoke or manage consent at any time:

• Go to Settings in the App → Tap “Revoke GDPR consent.”

This immediately stops sending any data to Tenjin. Revocation is as easy as giving consent and does not affect your supplements data (which stays local) or core App functionality.

You can re-enable consent later if you change your mind.

Because we process only pseudonymous device-level data without any direct identifiers (no accounts or personal contact information), we generally cannot associate requests with specific device records. The primary way to exercise control over this data is via the in-app revocation button above.

How We Use Information

• Supplements and Questionnaire Data: Remains on your device for your personal use only.
• Diagnostics Data: Helps us identify bugs, improve stability, and enhance user experience.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or share your supplements nor questionnaire-related data with any third parties.
• Diagnostic data is processed by Sentry in accordance with Sentry’s Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

• Since supplements and questionnaire data is stored locally, you have full control — you may delete it anytime by removing it from the App or uninstalling the App.

Children’s Privacy

Our App does not target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on the App Store listing.
